Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelter sites in the Redding, California area. This regional role requires handling diagnosing, maintenance, and efficient response to calls, with after-hours travel as needed.

Candidates must be EPA Level 2 certified, have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, and be able to communicate effectively by email and verbally.

Qualifications

• EPA Level 2 (or Universal EPA) certification is required.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, or install HVAC systems on telecom shelter equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours and weekend calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and per policy.
