Job summary

Pearce Services in Eugene, Oregon is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This is a regional role requiring travel, reliability, and self-direction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems; performing regular checks; responding to service calls; and completing daily reports. Eligible candidates must be EPA Level 2/Universal certified and have 3+ years' experience.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
