Job summary

Pearce Services in Eugene, Oregon is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This role is regional and requires living in the Eugene area with willingness to travel.

You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC components while ensuring safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years HVAC experience, EPA Level 2 certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
