Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelter sites. This is a fast-paced regional role requiring travel, with candidates residing in the Redding, California area.

You will diagnose, maintain, repair, and install components, perform performance checks, respond to service calls, and complete daily work reports. Company provides benefits, travel, and per diem as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace components.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including after-hours if needed.
• Complete daily work reports and logs.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and per policies.
