Job summary

Pearce Services in San Diego, CA is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair telecom shelters located on cell tower sites. This regional role is fast-paced and rewards self-directed, motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the telecom industry.

CORE EXP: Must be Level 2 EPA Certified and have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; strong communication skills are required. Extensive daily travel and after-hours calls are common; safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
