Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This regional role requires up‑to‑date travel, after‑hours availability, and self‑direction in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

Applicants must be EPA Level 2 or Universal Certified, have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, and be capable of clear verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
