Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Support Lead to provide expert technical support, channel enablement, and hands‑on field assistance across our regional distribution and installer networks.

You will bridge technical design with sales, guiding product selection and solution design while supporting major project developments and NATE-certified training initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC technical support, application engineering, or technical sales in North America.
• Deep experience with VRF/VRV, light commercial, and heat pump product lines.
• Solid knowledge of North American HVAC design standards and building codes.
• Ability to independently perform load calculations, product selection and system design.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional distributors and contractors with technical design guidance and product selection support.
• Conduct site visits, assist in installation and commissioning, and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Deliver training to distributors and contractors, including NATE-certified sessions.
• Gather market feedback and align with sales to drive regional revenue.
