KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead employee relations, policies, and benefits in a professional office setting in the United States. The role works with the Director of HR to plan, implement, and evaluate HR programs while upholding the company's GREAT values.
Responsibilities include handling employee relations, investigations, training, benefits administration, compliance audits, HRIS maintenance, and coordination with Payroll.
The Human Resource Manager performs a variety of HR activities, including; planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Maintains and enhances the company’s human resources by working with Director of HR on regarding policies, procedures and benefits.

This is a full-time, exempt position. The hours are 8:30-5:30 but must be able to work longer hours as needed.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
