Qualus is seeking a Regional HSSE Manager to lead Occupational Health, Safety, and Human Performance initiatives across field services, repair shops, warehouses, and office environments. The role partners with area leadership to implement safety programs and drive initiatives aligned with business goals.

Travel for this position is 50–75% within the West region, with responsibilities to standardize policies, perform hazard analyses, and train employees while maintaining OSHA and NFPA compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health; CSP with 5–7 years like-work experience may substitute.
• 5–7 years direct experience in electrical safety.
• Knowledge of TapRooT and/or other structured root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of fall protection systems, requirements, and field application.
• Proven record of fostering a Human Performance culture through HPI/HOP programs.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Cloud docs.
• Ability to communicate with internal, client and regulatory counterparts.
