Job summary

CB&I is seeking an HSES Manager to lead the development and delivery of HSES programs across a defined region, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong performance for projects in Southwest Louisiana. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires travel to job sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in construction HSES, 3+ years in a management role, a BS in HSE or related field, and CSP or similar certification.

Qualifications

• Typically 10-15 years since first degree and 8+ years of relevant construction experience.
• 3+ years in a Manager role.
• BS degree or equivalent in HSE or technical curriculum.
• CSP or other HSES professional certification preferred.
• Experience delivering training programs and materials.
• Proficient with HRIS databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all HSES requirements and project deliverables for a defined region or country.
• Regulatory requirements and compliance specific to the scope of work.
• Develop and monitor HSES procedures for site execution plans.
• Deliver HSES audit programs and continuous improvement cycles.
• Incident investigations and reporting.
• Review of contract specifications and client procedures in bids.
