Job summary
BARNES Aerospace is seeking a Regional Director of HSE & Maintenance for the Americas to lead regional safety, environmental, and maintenance programs across North American sites. You will partner with site leadership to strengthen regulatory compliance, improve equipment reliability, and implement standardized TPM/CMMS processes.
The role requires 10+ years in HSE/maintenance leadership, OSHA/EPA knowledge, and ability to travel across North America. A CSP or similar certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HSE, manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, facilities, or related operational leadership.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and environmental compliance.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout North America.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional HSE leadership across North American sites.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Develop and drive standardized maintenance strategies including TPM.
- Improve CMMS discipline, PM completion, and reliability performance.
- Establish regional KPIs and communicate performance to leadership.
