Job summary

BARNES Aerospace seeks a Regional Director for HSE & Maintenance in the Americas. You will lead regional HSE initiatives, partner with site leaders, and drive reliability improvements across North American manufacturing locations.

Responsible for strengthening compliance with OSHA/EPA, implementing standardized maintenance programs (preventive, predictive, TPM), and delivering measurable improvements in uptime, asset reliability, and safety performance across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HSE/maintenance leadership across multiple sites.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional HSE leadership and hands-on support across North American manufacturing locations, partnering with site GMs, Operations, and local HSE resources to improve compliance, risk management, and execution of the Barnes HSE framework.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective-action development with effectiveness verification.
• Develop and drive a standardized maintenance strategy incorporating preventive, predictive, and TPM programs across the region.
• Improve CMMS discipline, PM completion, maintenance planning and scheduling, asset criticality, and downtime analysis.
• Support meaningful regional OEM, TPM, and maintenance service agreements to improve consistency and cost.
• Establish KPIs and communicate performance and priorities to leadership.
