Barnes Aerospace seeks a Regional Director of HSE & Maintenance for the Americas to provide leadership and hands-on support across North American manufacturing sites. You will drive environmental, health, safety, maintenance, and reliability programs to improve safety performance, equipment uptime, and asset reliability.

Responsibilities include leading HSE initiatives, TPM, CMMS discipline, and cross-site collaboration with GM, Operations, and Maintenance teams to deliver standardized practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in HSE/maintenance leadership.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing locations and with site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Experience with TPM, predictive maintenance, CMMS, and reliability.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsabilités

• Provide regional HSE leadership across North American sites, improving compliance and risk management.
• Support OSHA/EPA/state compliance through site assessments and corrective actions.
• Identify and reduce HSE risks including machine guarding and electrical safety.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strengthen HSE management systems, training, and KPI reporting.
• Coach site HSE personnel and standardize practices regionally.
• Provide regional leadership for maintenance and equipment reliability improvements.
• Develop standardized maintenance strategies including TPM and CMMS governance.
• Improve maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset history.
