Job summary

This high-visibility role requires hands-on leadership, incident investigations, and global alignment with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 11+ years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHMM, or CIH preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50–70%.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HSE audit and assurance across the Americas.
• Drive HSE strategy, governance, and risk reduction across multi-site network.
• Analyze HSE metrics to inform improvement with site leadership.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Mentor site HSE leaders and ensure compliance with regulations.
