Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks an experienced APS Americas HSE Manager to lead regional Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across U.S. and Mexico manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leaders, drive GoalZERO alignment, and advance incident learning and risk reduction.

The role emphasizes governance of HSE programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through collaboration with corporate networks and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HSE programs and governance across US/Mexico manufacturing sites.
• Support audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Drive risk reduction and continuous improvement through shared best practices across APS Americas.
• Coach site leadership and HSE resources to strengthen organizational capability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other agencies across the region.
• Support environmental stewardship, emergency response, and security programs.
