Job summary
LyondellBasell is seeking an APS Americas HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment initiatives across U.S. and Mexico manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leadership, drive risk reduction, and strengthen HSE ownership and governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of HSE experience in chemical/polymer/industrial operations.
- Leadership in HSE improvement initiatives and manufacturing support.
- Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel US and Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide governance and oversight of HSE management systems and programs across US and Mexican manufacturing sites.
- Lead investigations of significant incidents and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections and management system reviews.
- Drive regional improvement strategies and share best practices across APS Americas.
- Promote HSE culture and capability development with site leadership.
