Dover Precision Components in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a Regional HSE Manager to lead safety programs across three manufacturing sites in IN, IL, and WI. You will develop regional strategies, mentor staff, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing safety, strong data/metrics skills, and travel up to 15% to sites. CSP and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management/occupational safety or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing safety experience and incident management.
• Experience leading safety audits and developing safety programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional HSE strategies across Jeffersonville, Rock Island and Antigo sites.
• Mentor site HSE staff and drive corrective actions from investigations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA and perform risk assessments.
• Lead safety training programs and track regional KPIs.
• Coordinate with executives on safety initiatives and reporting.
