• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of occupational health and safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in incident investigations and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional HSE strategies aligned with site goals across Jeffersonville, Rock Island and Antigo.
• Mentor and develop site-based HSE professionals and safety supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations; conduct risk assessments and inspections.
