Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group seeks a seasoned HSSE leader to own the regional safety program for the Hydratight service unit across the Americas. You will develop strategy, coach leaders, and drive injury and environmental programs at multiple sites and field locations.

Travel 25–40% within the US is required as you partner with senior stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) and maintain ISO 9001/45001 frameworks while advancing a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5+ years HSSE leadership experience.
• Experience leading HSSE programs in oil & gas, energy services, or hazardous industries.
• Proven ability to develop policies, manage audits, and drive regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed an HSSE culture across multiple sites and field locations within the Hydratight unit.
• Set strategic targets, track performance, and report to regional management.
• Develop and maintain management system elements (policies, procedures, work instructions).
• Facilitate incident learning, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DNR) and ISO 9001/45001/17025 standards.
