Job summary

ISP US Holdings Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to a cluster of schools.

You will develop and execute a people plan aligned with ISP’s global strategy and local priorities, supporting workforce planning, talent development, performance management and organisational design across the region. You will work with School Principals, SLT and line managers, using Workday to track HR metrics and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR partner with schools and regional leaders to deliver people plans.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience using HR analytics to inform workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to align HR activities with regional priorities.
• Leverage Workday to track HR metrics and inform HR strategy decisions.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local laws and ISP policies across schools.
• Drive safer recruitment and uphold high recruitment standards.
• Lead performance development and core learning initiatives.
• Recognise and reward performance; support annual salary reviews.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Foster employee experience and a culture of belonging across schools.
• Engage in change management and onboarding for new schools.
