Bond Vet is seeking a dedicated HRBP to partner with regional and practice leaders across Northeast clinics. You’ll own employee relations, leaves, coaching, and compliance while spending time on site to build trust with teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR, experience with ER cases and FMLA/ADA basics, and a knack for relationship-building, organization, and travel to multiple clinics. PHR/SHRM-CP is a plus; Northeast residence required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in HR as a generalist or HRBP
• Experience with ER cases and leaves, basics of FMLA and ADA
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel to clinics across regions
• Northeast residence near one of our clinics is required

Aufgaben

• Partner with regional and practice leaders for HR support
• Handle employee relations, investigations, documentation, performance plans and terminations
• Own leaves of absence end to end (FMLA, state leave, ADA accommodations)
• Coach managers on feedback and people management
• Monitor turnover, engagement, and ER themes; provide recommendations
• Support onboarding for new hires and managers in first 90 days
• Roll out people programs, cycles, onboarding, and engagement surveys
• Ensure regional practices follow state and local employment law
• Spend time on site at clinics to build trust with teams
