Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR-related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a client-facing role across disciplines.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; strong cross-border communication.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.
