Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR, strong labor law knowledge, and excellent communication skills to partner with leadership and drive staffing, policy development, and organizational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and policies.
• Support workforce stability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Administer leaves of absence and coordinate with benefits vendors.
• Support compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
