Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of HR experience; master's degree may substitute for the required experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the support of HR services for all regional facilities.
- Partner with regional managers on recruitment and retention of staff.
- Collaborate with Central HR for operational and policy updates and serve as the primary liaison for critical and complex employee issues in the regional areas.
- Hire, train and manage HR Liaisons assigned to the regions; provide backup when necessary.
