Job summary

SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) seeks an HR Regional Manager for the Upstate and Pee Dee regions. The role oversees HR functions for regional facilities and travels routinely to support HR Liaisons and staff.

Reports to the HR Field Operations Director and collaborates with Central HR on policies and updates. A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years HR experience is required; a Master’s degree may substitute for experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant HR experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for required experience.
• Five years of HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR services for regional facilities.
• Partner with regional managers on recruitment and retention.
• Collaborate with Central HR and serve as primary liaison for complex employee issues.
• Hire, train and manage HR Liaisons in the regions.
