Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of HR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR databases and systems.
• Willingness to travel within the State; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, posting positions and screening applicants in the applicant tracking system.
• Facilitate onboarding and training scheduling for new hires and link to New Employee Orientation.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and review HR policies with new hires.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, classifications, and compensation actions with Central Office teams.
• Support retention initiatives and celebrate employee achievements to reduce turnover.
