This position is principally located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD)-Human Resources (HR)-Central Office, 400 Otarre Parkway Cayce, SC 29033 but is subject to an alternate work location in the assigned region.
As the HR Regional Manager, you will report to the HR Field Operations Director. You will manage and oversee the coordination of all human resource functions for a regional facility or center located in the Midlands (Region 1) and Lowcountry (Region 4), in order to support operational goals and workforce needs. This position manages HR Liaisons assigned to the regional centers and ensures support of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to separation and compliance with all applicable state, federal and agency policies, rules and regulations. The HR Regional Manager is expected to travel routinely throughout the assigned regions.
