Trinidad Benham is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR across multiple locations, including Mineola, TX. You will drive talent strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to grow the workforce.

This role requires 7+ years HR experience, regional management exposure, and bilingual Spanish as a preferred asset. Travel is anticipated to support regional initiatives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience required.
• 3+ years in a regional or multi-site HR management role preferred.
• SHRM–CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish - Mineola, preferred.
