Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Regional HR Director to partner with operational leadership across regions. You will drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, change management, and HR risk mitigation while executing the people strategy.

The role requires deep employment law expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to forecast trends from HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR strategic partner to Regional Directors of Operations and Vice Presidents of Operations.
• Provide coaching and consultation to operational leaders regarding team member relations and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across regions; mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, HR Analytics and Finance.
• Drive enterprise HR initiatives and leadership development programs with CPO and SVP of HR.
• Identify enterprise-wide trends and advise on organizational improvements.
