Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ HR experience and 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience with industrial construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Employment Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR initiatives and administration activities.
• Act as a business partner to all levels of management.
• Provide guidance on escalated employee relations concerns.
