Metro One Security is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee HR operations across the Northeast and Southeast regions. The role focuses on compliance, workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership of a regional HR team supporting hourly associates and management.

You will partner with regional leadership to implement policies, total rewards, and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining a culture of accountability and inclusion.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership with a focus on compliance and frontline workforce support.
• Experience managing HR across multi-location, high-volume operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws; ability to lead compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team across the Northeast and Southeast regions.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; ensure documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Provide expertise in employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with consistency and fairness.
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, scheduling, and retention for hourly employees.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and training to strengthen compliance, safety, and culture.
• Support regional total rewards strategies, applying compensation, benefits, and recognition fairly for hourly staff.
• Drive engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and promote career growth for hourly employees.
• Serve as a strategic partner to regional leaders aligning HR practices with business goals.
• Pass pre-employment screening processes as required.
