Job summary

Sonnax Transmission Company, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Regional HR Manager in Bellows Falls, VT. The role leads HR operations across multiple locations and partners with leadership to implement HR priorities, talent development, and engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, including management, and strong knowledge of employment laws, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years in an HR management role.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, including international operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across Sonnax locations in Vermont, North Carolina, Michigan, and Pune, India.
• Coach leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, staffing, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried employees.
• Lead investigations, policy interpretation, and fair employee relations outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state laws and address India labor requirements.
