Sonnax Transmission Company, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Regional HR Manager to lead HR operations across Vermont, North Carolina, Michigan, and Pune, India. You will align HR strategy with business goals and work with senior leaders to ensure a consistent employee experience.

Required: Bachelor's in HR or related field, 8+ years in HR, international experience, and strong compliance knowledge. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, including international operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance management, and compliance.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR operations across Sonnax locations in Vermont, North Carolina, Michigan, and Pune, India.
• Partner with Platform HR Leader and Sonnax leadership to implement HR priorities.
• Coach leaders on workforce planning, staffing, performance management, and employee development.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried employees.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state laws and India labor requirements.
