Cumberland International Trucks of Florida, LLC is hiring a senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and execution across the company's Florida locations. This onsite role reports directly to the Dealer Principal and focuses on standardizing processes across all branches to support sales, service, parts and administrative operations in the heavy‑duty truck industry.

In this position you will serve as the senior HR leader for the Florida region, blending day‑to‑day employee relations

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years HR generalist/leadership experience in multi-location environments.
• Experience with OEM heavy‑duty dealership operations preferred; multi-location a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead regional HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and OSHA compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies; manage compensation and employment law compliance.
• Standardize processes across 5 locations and drive continuous improvement in people practices.
