Job summary

Cumberland International Trucks of Florida, LLC is a privately owned International OEM heavy-truck dealer group headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with locations in Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, and Ocala. We seek an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the senior HR leader for the Florida region, reporting to the Dealer Principal.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
7–10 years of progressive HR generalist and leadership experience in a multi-location environment.
Proven self-starter with autonomy, sound judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence at all levels.
OEM heavy-truck dealership experience required, multi-location experience preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead HR across five Florida locations, aligning with sales, service, parts, and admin operations.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, safety/OSHA, learning, performance, and compliance.
Develop SBPs, SOPs, and standardized HR processes for consistency and scalability.
Drive data-driven improvements to HR service delivery, cycle times, and employee satisfaction.
Coach leadership and manage performance, disciplinary actions, and employment law compliance.
Represent HR in unemployment hearings and other employment-related matters.
