Job summary

NSG Group/Pilkington is seeking a Regional HR Manager AGR to lead HR across 80+ sites within North America. You will coach HR Managers and Recruiting Specialists, align operational priorities, and drive performance, development, and compliance with federal and state laws.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, EH&S, and senior leaders to design workforce plans, manage investigations, and elevate HR data-driven decisions. This hybrid role requires travel and onsite presence three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, industrial relations or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or supply chain environment.
• Proven track record of managing HR staff or a team of HR professionals.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Ability to travel ~30% and work in a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Managers and Recruiting Specialists; set priorities and manage performance.
• Establish team standards for service delivery, responsiveness, and quality across locations.
• Allocate team resources across 80+ sites to cover priorities and initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable culture aligned to the Automotive North America HR org.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, conduct investigations, and partner with legal.
• Direct regional recruiting strategy and support onboarding across 80+ sites.
• Lead regional talent development, performance processes, and calibration sessions.
• Serve as trusted HR advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change.
