Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience supporting a variety of HR functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, managers and leadership.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative HR team.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality handling of sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with HRIS (iSolved preferred) and applicant tracking systems (Indeed, ApplicantPro).
• Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license and travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to assigned Suite Living Senior Care communities and leadership teams.
• Provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance and consistent HR process application across the organization.
• Regularly visit assigned communities and build strong relationships with staff and leaders.
• Support retention, employee experience, and leadership development in a multi-site environment.
