Job summary

The Regional Human Resources Generalist at Suite Living Senior Care serves as a trusted HR partner across multiple communities in the Twin Cities metro area, delivering hands-on support in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Regularly visiting assigned communities, you will guide leadership on employment practices, ensure consistent HR processes, and help drive employee engagement, retention, and overall experience in a fast-paced, multi-site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience across HR functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees, managers, and leadership.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative HR team.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned communities and leadership teams across HR functions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance and accurate HR reporting across locations.
• Provide guidance on employment practices and company policies.
• Travel to assigned communities as needed (approximately 30%).
