Aramark Corporation is seeking an HR Director-Student Nutrition to lead the HR function for our Midwest region, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. The role drives talent management, change initiatives and engagement across school-dining programs and services.

The position requires extensive HR leadership experience, a strong grasp of HR analytics, and the ability to implement organizational change at scale in a complex education-services environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong organization development, change management and talent management experience.
• Experience in using HR technology and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results.
• Coach leaders on people strategy, organization design and engagement.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs including performance, compensation, talent reviews.
• Build organizational effectiveness strategies focused on engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to attract, onboard, and retain talent.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide US HR strategy with the US Sector HRVP.

The HR Director-Student Nutrition, provides leadership and HR Business Partner for our Midwest Region. This position provides strategic consultation to senior leadership and partners with them to build and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategy

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and teams-including front line managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact
• Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
• Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
• Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needs
• Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned, contributing to and helping lead US HR strategy work in close partnership with the US Sector HRVP

Qualifications

Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience

• - Experience in using HR technology and analytics
• - HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
• - Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master's degree preferred
• - Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
• - Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectively
• - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Travel 50-70%-depending on business needs
