Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Area Human Resources Director to partner with property leadership across the region. You will shape culture, drive staffing strategies, and champion employee retention while ensuring benefits and compliance are met.

You will lead HR initiatives, develop leadership teams, and implement processes to improve workforce effectiveness. Strong communication and a track record of policy enforcement are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience.
• Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient with standard HR software and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support property leadership in evaluating performance, providing feedback, and enforcing HR policies.
• Oversee recruitment for leadership roles and deliver training on performance management and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and administer diversity programs.
• Lead HR initiatives and teams, prioritizing tasks and implementing workplace improvements.
• Foster employee relations and mediate conflicts to maintain a collaborative environment.
• Utilize HR software to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
