DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director for Products and HR Projects in Atlanta. You will lead HR plans and policies, align HR activities to business needs, and provide day-to-day HR support to attract, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve objectives.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive organizational change, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing a team and vendor relationships.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience partnering with senior & executive level management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR preferred.
• Experience leading a small to medium HR team.
• Proven experience deploying complex organizational change projects.
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Logistics/freight forwarding industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide input to and lead implementation of HR plans and policies for the defined organization.
• Lead HR activities to build a high-performance, talent-retaining culture.
• Consult business managers on HR matters with a strategic focus.
