DHL Global Forwarding in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a seasoned Human Resources Director for Products (Air Freight, Sales & Marketing) and HR projects. You will craft and drive HR plans for a defined organization, aligning people strategies with business needs and providing day-to-day support to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent to achieve objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience partnering with senior & executive level management in a complex, multi-state environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading a small to mid-size HR team and deploying complex organizational changes.
• PHR / SPHR certification is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide input to and lead the development of HR plans and policies aligned to business needs.
• Support implementation of HR plans to foster high performance and talent retention.
• Counsel business managers on HR issues with a balance of strategic and operational focus.
• Assist growth and transformation initiatives and build organizational capability.
• Lead HR activities through teams or centers of excellence and manage HR service portfolio.
