Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner for a Regional role in Dallas, TX. The role partners with regional and executive leadership to deliver strategic HR support in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, and the ability to work in English and Spanish. Expect travel, a comprehensive benefits package, and a performance-based bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and performance support across the region.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and termination processes.
• Conduct workplace investigations and mitigate organizational risk.
• Advise regional leadership on workforce planning and engagement.
• Oversee onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support enterprise HR initiatives.
