Job summary

Education Service Center, Region 2 seeks a LIFT Lead to oversee district coaches delivering HQIM-focused capacity-building across the region. You will establish LEA partnerships, market services, and use data to shape a strategic school-improvement vision over three years.

Ideal candidates have a master's in education leadership, a Texas teaching certificate, and seven+ years in leadership or HQIM-related roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Texas Teacher Certification required.
Master's in education leadership required.
HQIM implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of district coaches delivering upfront training and coaching for district leaders on HQIM implementation.
Conduct weekly implementation check-ins with district coaches and monthly coaching sessions.
Visit districts monthly to calibrate implementation and provide support.
Plan staffing, postings, and onboarding for staff.
Ensure all coaches complete required certifications and trainer trainings.
Lead recruitment and onboarding for LEAs, including program overview sessions.
Analyze program data and share findings with TEA for program success.
Participate in LIFT University, TEA focus groups, and coaching connections to build HQIM knowledge.
Collaborate with ESC leaders to align LEA support and staff development.
