Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 4+ years regional property management experience; LIHTC preferred.
• Located within Raleigh Market.
• Ability to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.

• Directly manages Site and Property Managers and their reports.
• Train and develop staff across portfolio.
• Ensure policy, procedure, and practices meet Fitch Irick standards.
