Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in housing.
• Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc.).

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-ins/move-outs accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and program requirements.
• Perform frequent property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.

• Plan and complete assigned projects; monitor expenses to maximize profits.
