Ideal candidates have 2+ years in housing or related fields, an Associate’s Degree, and knowledge of CAHEC or similar certifications. Travel up to 50% may be required; benefits include robust insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of housing, administrative, or related experience.
• Associate’s Degree preferred; CAHEC or similar housing certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handles rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-ins/outs per program rules.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and staff training.
• Inspect properties and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and clients.
• Plan and complete assigned projects; monitor expenses to maximize profits.
