Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years of housing experience.
• Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc.).
• Physical Abilities: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk various surfaces, and work with chemicals.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Leadership, teamwork, integrity, communication, critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process prospective resident applications.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs with compliance to programs and policies.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing rules and regulations.
• Provide staff training and ensure availability of needed materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and clients.
• Schedule and complete projects.
• Monitor expenses to maximize profits while controlling costs.
