Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities across Savannah and Augusta, GA.

The role requires regular travel to sites to enhance resident satisfaction, drive occupancy, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will lead dispersed property-management teams, manage budgets and NOI, and ensure high-quality resident services across Fellwood II & III, The Lenox, Watson Pointe, and other properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, USDA Rural Development, Section 8, HOME.
• Experience with rehabilitation and lease up of communities.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus.
• Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Travel up to 75% to communities in the region.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer centered service culture across prospects, residents, families, and staff.
• Effectively lead geographically dispersed teams to operate a portfolio of properties.
• Maintain excellent customer service to residents, owners/investors, and associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial management including income, expenses, budgets, and capital improvements.
• Inspect communities for curb appeal and maintain inspection schedules.
• Recruit, train, and develop site and district level staff; manage HR functions.
