Job summary

Red Tail Commercial, LLC is seeking a Regional Construction Manager for renovations across a regional portfolio including hospitality and multifamily properties. You will lead renovation projects from due diligence through turnover, overseeing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while minimizing disruption to residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in hotel, resort, or extended-stay renovations, strong vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily renovation or hospitality construction.
• Experience managing projects in occupied properties and coordinating with guests or residents.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence to identify renovation and capital improvement needs.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for renovation projects.
• Coordinate with property management, vendors, and subcontractors to minimize disruption.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare bid comparisons and manage the procurement process.
